The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. The site is built to be operated by keyboard alone, to work with screen readers, and to remain readable when text is enlarged to 200 per cent.
What we have done
- A skip-to-content link on every page, with visible focus states throughout.
- Labels and clear error messages on every form field, announced to assistive technology.
- Text and interface colours checked against the contrast ratios required at AA.
- Background video that never autoplays with sound, with a visible play and pause control.
- Motion reduced automatically when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
Some documents published as PDFs are not fully tagged for screen readers. If you need any of our guides in an alternative format, ask us and we will send it to you.
