Lesley worked in the NHS for 20 years as an ITU nurse and then a further 20 years in Nurse Education, developing and delivering post-registration programmes for healthcare professionals. Throughout, she supported Ian in building Buckingham Leasing with administration and accounting. In 2016 Lesley retired from her career to work solely for the growing business, liaising with customers and supporting the team to provide the very best experience we can.

Jasmine leads marketing and social media at Buckingham Leasing, looking after the brand across every channel our customers see. She is the founder of Alterme Home, and brings that entrepreneurial, design-led eye to our content, campaigns and photography. Her work covers the website, the journal, sector campaigns and the day-to-day social presence, as well as the case studies and guides that explain what we do in plain terms. She works closely with the brokers so what you read online matches the service you get on the phone, and she makes sure the businesses we fund, from farms and golf clubs to stadiums and contractors, are given the credit they deserve.
